From the center of Berat's Old Town, Lulishtja Park is easily accessible on foot. Head towards Bulevardi Republika, a wide pedestrian street that runs parallel to the Osumi River. The park is located on the opposite side of the boulevard from the cafes and shops. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes from most points in the Old Town.

If arriving by bus at the Berat Bus Terminal, you can take a local bus towards the city center. Get off near Bulevardi Republika and walk towards the river. Lulishtja Park will be on your right, across the boulevard. A single bus fare within Berat costs approximately 30 Lek. Alternatively, a taxi from the bus terminal to Lulishtja Park costs around 300-500 Lek.
