Buses from Sarandë to Gjirokastër can drop you off near the turnoff for the Blue Eye. From there, it's approximately a 2km walk to the spring. Alternatively, local taxis can be hired from the main road to take you directly to the entrance. A taxi ride from the main road to the Blue Eye should cost around 500-700 Lek.
