The walk takes about 5-10 minutes. There is a small entry fee to access the area around the Blue Eye, typically around 50 Lek per person.

Buses from Sarandë to Gjirokastër can drop you off near the turnoff for the Blue Eye. From there, it's approximately a 2km walk to the spring. Alternatively, local taxis can be hired from the main road to take you directly to the entrance. A taxi ride from the main road to the Blue Eye should cost around 500-700 Lek.
