From Delvina, head northwest on the SH4 road towards Sarandë. Continue on SH4 for approximately 30 km (about 40 minutes). You will see signs for The Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). Turn left onto a smaller road leading towards the Blue Eye. Follow this road for about 3 km until you reach the parking area near the entrance.
