If driving from Saranda, take the SH8 road heading north. Continue on SH8 for about 15 kilometers until the turn-off for Rusan. Look for signs indicating Rusan, and turn onto the road leading into the village. Drive through the village, following the main road until you reach Xhamia Rusan.
