From Devoll, head northwest on SH1 towards Shkodër. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Shkodër. Once in the town, follow signs to Rozafa Castle. You will drive through the town center and then take the road Rruga Rozafa leading you directly to the castle.
