From the center of Dibra, head southeast on Rruga Vasil Shanto. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Dajçit. Turn left onto Rruga e Dajçit and follow it until you reach the town of Peshkopi. Once in Peshkopi, look for Rruga Tercilio Kardinali and turn right.
