Car
From the center of Dibra, head southeast on Rruga 29 Nëntori towards Rruga Ali Dushku. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with Rruga Lurë. Turn right onto Rruga Lurë and follow it for approximately 25 kilometers. This road leads to the entrance of Lura - Mt. Dejës National Park located at Q5QV+4QX, Borie-Lurë. Be aware that the last part of this road may be unpaved and could require a vehicle with higher clearance.

From Dibra, take a local bus heading towards Lurë. The bus station is located near the center of town on Rruga 28 Nëntori. The journey typically takes around 1 hour and costs approximately 150-200 Albanian Lek. Once you arrive in Lurë, you can either take a taxi or hike the remaining distance to the park entrance, which is about 5 kilometers away. Taxis can be found near the bus stop, and the fare should be around 500 Lek.
