If you are driving from Dibra to Off Limits Albania, start by heading south on SH6 towards Tirana. Continue for approximately 50 km, passing through the towns of Burrel and then on to Klos. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Tirana. As you approach Tirana, follow the signs for the city center and merge onto Rruga Dritan Hoxha. Continue straight until you reach Rruga Kosovareve. Turn left onto Rruga Kosovareve and look for building number 35 AP19, which is where Off Limits Albania is located. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to look for a spot.

To reach Off Limits Albania from Dibra using public transportation, start by taking a minibus (furgon) from Dibra to Tirana. Minibuses typically leave from the main bus station in Dibra and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. When you arrive in Tirana, disembark at the central bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach Off Limits Albania. If walking, head towards Rruga Dritan Hoxha and continue straight until you reach Rruga Kosovareve. Turn left onto Rruga Kosovareve and look for building number 35 AP19. A taxi ride from the bus station to Off Limits Albania will cost around 300-500 Albanian Lek.
