Getting There

    From Durrës, take the SH2 highway towards Tirana, then turn right at Maminas. Follow the asphalt road to the end of Cape of Rodon. Note that the road can be rutted in places. Park near the Church of St. Anthony and walk the final 500 meters to the castle. There is a small fee of 200 Lek per person and 100 Lek per vehicle. Parking is available near the church.

    Taxis are available from Durrës to Cape of Rodon. The ride is approximately 50 km and can take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Expect to pay around 3,000 - 5,000 Lek for a one-way trip. Negotiate the price beforehand. From the parking area, walk the final 500 meters to the cape.
