If you are starting from the Durrës Amphitheatre, head southeast on Rruga Egnatia towards Rruga Gjon Buzuku. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga Aleksander Goga. Turn left onto Rruga Aleksander Goga and walk straight for another 300 meters. The Great Mosque of Durrës will be on your right.

From the Durrës Bus Station, take any bus heading towards the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop near Rruga Aleksander Goga. Once you get off, walk about 200 meters down Rruga Aleksander Goga, and you will find The Great Mosque of Durrës on your right.
