From Gjirokaster, head northwest on SH4 towards Përmet. The drive takes approximately 1 hour (around 35 km). Follow the signs for Përmet, and as you approach the town, continue straight until you reach the intersection for Qilarisht. Turn left onto the road leading to Qilarisht, and follow this road for about 10 km. Vjosa Albania Rafting & Kayak Camping will be on your right at Qilarisht, Përmet 6401.

You can take a bus from Gjirokaster to Përmet. Buses depart regularly from the Gjirokaster bus station. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 200-300 ALL (Albanian Lek). Once you arrive in Përmet, you can take a taxi to Qilarisht, which should cost around 1000-1500 ALL, or you can call ahead to Vjosa Albania Rafting & Kayak Camping for a pick-up service.
