Car
If you're driving from the center of Has, head southeast on the main road towards the town of Kukës. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with SH61. Turn left onto SH61 and continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you see signs for Divjakë. Follow the signs and take the Unnamed Road (XFRM+3VH) towards Kulla 360°, which will be on your right after a short drive.

To reach Kulla 360° using public transportation, first make your way to the local bus station in Has. Look for a bus heading towards Kukës; the fare is usually around 200 lek. After arriving in Kukës, you will need to transfer to another bus that goes to Divjakë. The bus fare for this leg is approximately 150 lek.
