From the center of Has, head south on Rruga Rinia towards Rruga Qemal Stafa. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with SH5. From Has, take a local bus to Tirana. Buses usually depart from the main bus station in Has and will take you directly to the Tirana bus terminal.
