If you're driving from the center of Has, head south on the main road (Rruga e Kombit) towards the town of Kukës. After approximately 15 km, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Madhesh. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you see signs for Shkopet Bridge. The bridge is located about 1 km from the main road, and you will see signs directing you to the parking area. Be cautious as the road can be narrow and winding.

To reach Shkopet Bridge via public transport, start by taking a local bus from the center of Has to Kukës. Buses run regularly and the fare is usually around 200 ALL (Albanian Lek).
