Getting There

  • Car

    From Has, head southwest on SH1 towards Kukës. Continue on SH1 for about 40 km until you reach the town of Sarandë. As you approach Sarandë, follow the signs directing you to the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). The entrance is located off the main road and is well-marked. There may be a small parking fee, so be prepared with cash (approx. 200-300 ALL). The Blue Eye is about a 10-minute drive from the main road.

    From Has, take a bus to Sarandë. Buses run frequently from the central bus station in Has. The journey may take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Sarandë, you can catch a local minibus or taxi to the Blue Eye. The minibus will drop you off nearby, although there may be a short walk involved (approximately 15 minutes). The bus fare from Has to Sarandë is around 400 ALL. Make sure to confirm the return schedule.
