If driving from Tirana, take the SH1 highway towards Durrës. Continue towards Lac and then follow the signs to Lalez. Once in Lalez, follow the signs for Duka Winery and Vineyard. Free parking is available on-site. Note that roads in the more rural areas can be narrow and unpaved.

To reach Duka Winery from Tirana via public transport, take a bus from Tirana to Thumanë. From Thumanë, take a taxi to Duka Winery in Lalez. Bus fares from Tirana to Thumanë are approximately 50-100 Lek. A taxi from Thumanë to Duka Winery will cost approximately 1,500-2,500 Lek, and the ride is around 20 minutes.
