From Kelmendi, start by heading towards the main road that connects to Kukës. Follow the Rruga e Kelmendit, which will lead you to Rruga Dom Nikollë Kelmendi. Continue straight on this road for approximately 14 km until you reach the junction with SH5. Turn right onto SH5 and continue for around 12 km. As you enter Kukës, keep an eye out for signs directing you towards the military base. The Kukës Underground is located near the military base at 'Pranë repartit ushtarak, Kukës, Albania'. There is no entry fee for visiting the site, but make sure to check the opening hours before you go.
