Getting There

  • Driving

    From Fier, follow the signs towards Hekal. The drive takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Parking is available near the entrance to the archaeological park. Be aware that the road leading to the site is partially unpaved and can be rough in places.

  • Public Transport

    While there is no direct public transport to Byllis Archaeological Park, you can take a furgon (minibus) from Fier to Hekal. From Hekal, you'll need to take a taxi or walk the remaining distance (approximately 3km) to the site. Negotiate the taxi fare in advance. The furgon from Fier to Hekal costs around 200-300 Lek.
