All tours were really nice and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Obviously, one has to keep in mind that the amount of travelling in certain tour is longer than others which obviously has an impact on the design of the tours. which is understandable. This company, however, need to improve further communication with clients and everything would be excellent. I'm saying this since knowing the guide & time for a tour at 17:00 when the tour starts the following morning at 06:00 is rather short notice. One of the advantages was that all programs, excellent the Budva and Kotor one, was carried by the same guide/driver, Kreshnik He is an excellent drive/guide who makes client feel at ease and goes the extra mile to help a client. He was also always punctual, drive properly and gave advise about suitable places for lunch. Indeed he remained with us all the time even during lunch and coffee breaks creating a pleasant relationship. He is an individual who goes even out of his way to assist clients. In fact, on Sunday when I couldn't contact the company to confirm the transfer to the hotel, I asked him whether he could help out. He contacted the company and everything was resolved. Unfortunately, can't say the same for Xhulio, the guide for the Montenegro tour. First of all, I had to contact him to confirm details further to the company forwarding details for the tour at around 17:00. His first response was that he would be in a position to confirm starting time in a couple of hours. So, when at around 19:00 - 20:00?! I replied the company advised that starting time was 05:45. His reply was that he had to check and confirm starting time at around 06:00 - 06:10. Nevertheless, on the day he arrived a quarter of an hour late. I must add that his driving was not that good, and also become upset when he show traffic in particular on our return journey. Possibly, if we left at the suggest time of 05:45, he would have found less traffic. Furthermore, on the return journey he asked to use my mobile to search an alternative route since he said his mobile was flat and couldn't charge. In all honest, it isn't appropriate that I had to pay roaming charges for mobile data for an entire hour until he reached the boarder. It is not right that he requested as if he had the right to use my mobile phone. Ultimately, it is not right to go to pee by the road side when you are with clients and suggest me to do the same. A child peeing on the road is one thing, an adult is another. However, I hope he enjoyed his time swimming at Budva. The irony of it was that rather the guide waiting for the clients to be at the designated meeting point at the agreed time, it was the other way round. Also, this guide advise me not to take long tours on a Saturday, a possibly could have advise him to accept to work on long tours during weekends. Another point to mention is that price are worthed considering the duration of the visits. To summarize I hope to visit Albania again in the near future and would definitely use the service of this company. However, I would definitely appreciate if Kreshnik is my guide, and would definitely request not to have Xhalio as guide.

Scanderbeg Circuit Full Day Castle Tour from Tirana or Durres

Fantastic experience

We had a fantastic day on the Scanderbeg Circuit Tour. The guide Rezi was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire trip. The castles and historical sites were impressive, and the organization was excellent from start to finish. We learned a lot about Albania’s history while enjoying beautiful landscapes and a comfortable journey. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Albania and wanting to explore its culture and heritage.
