Public Transport
From Saranda, take a minibus towards Ksamil. These minibuses depart frequently from the main bus station in Saranda. The fare is approximately 100 ALL per person, and the journey takes around 30 minutes. Once in Ksamil, you can walk for about 20-25 minutes or take a local taxi for 500-700 ALL to Pulëbardha Beach.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Saranda. A taxi ride to Pulëbardha Beach should cost around 1500-2000 ALL, but be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
Car
If driving from Ksamil, head southwest on Rruga e Butrintit. After about 4 kilometers, take the left fork towards Pulëbardha Beach and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers to the beach parking area. Parking may cost around 200-500 ALL for the day.
