Walking
Lokomotiva is located approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance from Skanderbeg Square. From the city center, head east on Rruga Karl Gega. The monument will be on your right.
Public Transport
Tirana has an urban bus system with multiple lines. Most buses stop around Skanderbeg Square in the city center. From there, you can take a bus that travels along Rruga Karl Gega. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek. Check with locals for the best route, as bus routes and stops may not always be clearly marked.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Tirana. An average taxi ride within the city shouldn't cost more than 500 Lek. It's best to agree on the price in advance. Taxi fares generally start at 300 Lek for the first 1.5 km, with additional charges per kilometer and minute. Some taxi companies may charge higher rates at night.
