Three Times Black, inaugurated on July 25th, 2022, is a public art installation by artist Silva Agostini, commissioned by Harabel Contemporary Art Center for Manifesta 14. Situated in Tirana's Grand Park, on the southern shore of the Artificial Lake, it features three high metal bodies with triangular bases and similar volumes but different sizes. The shapes are inspired by urban architecture, creating a volumetric complex that interacts with the surrounding space.
These spinning objects invite passersby to engage, with humidity and temperature changes developing pictorial patterns on their surfaces. The metal surfaces blend with the park's landscape. Each sculpture is movable, encouraging interaction and free movement around its axis.
