From Elbasan, take the SH3 road towards Tirana. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left towards Labinot-Fushë on Rruga e Labinotit. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Rozafa - Fish City. The restaurant is located on your left. Parking is available on-site.

Start at the Elbasan bus station. Take a bus heading towards Tirana, and inform the driver that you will be getting off at Labinot-Fushë. The ride should take about 30 minutes.
