    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, head towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. No costs involved.

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. Get off at the stop closest to the National Gallery of Arts. From there, The Cloud is a short walk away. A single bus fare costs 40 Lek.

Its cloud-like form provides a unique visual experience, blending harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The structure covers 350 square meters and reaches a height of 7 meters, offering visitors a sheltered yet open space to enjoy.The installation serves as a flexible, multi-purpose social space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions. Stepped terraces provide seating areas, inviting visitors to relax and engage with the art.
