    From Shkoder, take a minibus to Koman. The minibus departs at 6:30 AM and costs €7. You can book a ticket online through the Komani Lake Ferry website, indicating you need a minibus from Shkoder. The minibus can pick you up from your accommodation. From Tirana, a bus leaves at 5:00 AM from Gazheli Petrol Station, costing €12. This bus will drop you off in Koman before 9:00 AM. Make sure to book in advance.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are available from Shkoder or Tirana. A taxi from Shkoder to Koman costs around €70, while from Tirana, it's approximately €150. Ensure the taxi is booked in advance.

  • Ferry

    Once in Koman, board a ferry to Fierze. Several ferry companies operate, including Berisha, Rozafa, and Alpin. Passenger tickets cost around €10-€15.
