Public Transport

From Shkoder or Tirana, take a minibus to Koman. Minibuses from Shkoder cost around 800 LEK (€8) and depart from Hotel Rozafa at 6:45 AM. From Tirana, the bus leaves around 5:30 AM and costs approximately €12. These transfers connect with the ferry schedule. Book in advance due to limited seats.

Ferry

The primary way to experience Komani Lake is via ferry. Several companies operate ferries from Koman to Fierza, including Berisha, Alpin, and Rozafa. Ferries typically depart from Koman at 9:00 AM, arriving in Fierza around 11:30 AM. A passenger ticket costs approximately 1000 LEK (€10). Check the latest timetables as they may vary seasonally.
