Public Transport
From Skanderbeg Square in Tirana's city center, take a bus towards 'Porcelan'. The blue 'Porcelan' bus departs near the Clock Tower (Sahati). This is a direct route, and from the last bus stop, it's a short uphill walk to Kazerma e Cerenit. The bus operates from 5:30 AM to 12:00 AM, with a frequency of 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day. A one-way ticket costs 40 Lek.
Taxi
