The King Mosque (Xhamia Mbret), also known as Sultan Bayezid Mosque, stands as a historical testament to Elbasan's Ottoman heritage. The King Mosque is located at Rruga Xhaferr Kongoli 12 within the Elbasan Castle, easily accessible from the city center. From the center, head towards the castle walls; the mosque is a short walk inside the historic fortress. No special tickets or access fees are required to reach the mosque.

From the Elbasan Bus Station, walk towards the city center. Head to Rruga Xhaferr Kongoli; the mosque is located at number 12, approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Local buses and 'furgons' (minibuses) also operate within Elbasan, providing affordable transport. A single bus fare typically costs less than 100 Lek. Taxis are available at the bus station for around 300-400 Lek to the mosque.
