    Getting There

    Walking

    From Skanderbeg Square, head east towards the National History Museum. Continue straight until the intersection at the end of the square. Turn right onto Rruga 28 Nentori. Walk along this street for approximately 800 meters, passing the Palace of Culture. Continue to the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rruga e Dibrës. After about 400 meters, the Friendship Monument will be on the right, in a small park area. Walking is free.

    Tirana's bus system provides access to the Friendship Monument. Check the 'Tirana Ime' app for bus routes and schedules. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek. Get on the bus and wait for the conductor to collect the fare. Note that bus stops may not always be clearly marked.

    Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. An average taxi ride within the city should not cost more than 500 Lek. It's advisable to agree on the price with the driver in advance. Taxi stands are located throughout the city center.
