    Taxis are available in Saranda near the port and main town square. A taxi from Saranda to Butrint costs approximately 4000-5000 Lek. Agree on the price before starting the journey. The ride takes about 25 minutes.

    If driving from Saranda or Ksamil, head south along the main road. There is a large car park near the entry gate. Parking is free, but can get crowded during peak season. Car rentals in Saranda start at approximately €30 per day.
