    From Himarë's center, head towards the coastal road (SH8) and follow it north. The walk is approximately 2.5 kilometers uphill and takes around 30-45 minutes. The path can be steep and rocky in places, so wear appropriate footwear. Enjoy scenic views of the coastline as you ascend. There is no cost for walking.

    From Himarë's central bus station ( Big Market), take a local bus or minibus heading towards Dhermi or Saranda. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Himara Castle. The bus fare is approximately 100-200 Lek (€1-€2). From the bus stop on the main road (SH8), walk approximately 200 meters uphill to reach the castle entrance.
