    From the National Opera and Ballet, head west towards the center of the square. Pass the National Museum of History on your left. The Skanderbeg Monument will be directly in front of you. No costs involved.

    Most bus lines have stops around the pedestrian zone on Skanderbeg Square. Check for bus routes that say 'Qender' (center). A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek. Get off near the Clock Tower or National Museum and walk towards the center of the square.
