Many rooms are preserved in their original state, adorned with authentic objects that offer a glimpse into traditional Gjirokastrian life. The main guest room features a decorated ceiling and wooden poles, while the great number of loopholes and sophisticated locks bear witness to its defensive function.Visitors can explore the house's unique features, including its internal and external staircases, multiple hamam baths, and a hidden mezzanine floor where women could observe their fiancés. The current owner, a descendant of the Skënduli family, often welcomes visitors and shares stories about the house and its history.
