Walking
From the Blloku area, head east on Rruga Ismail Qemali. Continue for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga Myslym Shyri. Turn left onto Rruga Myslym Shyri, and the Independence Memorial will be a short walk ahead on your right. The total walk is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 12-15 minutes.
Public Transport
From Rruga Hoxha Tahsim in Blloku, walk to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 9 or 11 towards the city center. Disembark at Sheshi Skënderbej (Skanderbeg Square) and walk along Rruga Myslym Shyri for about 10 minutes to reach the Independence Memorial. A single bus fare costs 40 Lek.
