Start at the center of Pogradec, specifically at the main square (Sheshi i Pogradecit). From the square, head east toward the lake, passing the local shops and cafes. You will see signs directing you towards the St. Cyril & St. Methodius Monument, which is located just across the border in Ohrid. Since you cannot cross the border on foot, you will need to take local transportation to Ohrid.
