Walking
From the center of Pogradec, head towards the waterfront along Rruga e Dajlani. Continue straight until you reach the lakeshore promenade. Follow the promenade along Lake Ohrid; you will pass by various cafes and shops. Keep walking for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the border with North Macedonia. Here, you will need to cross the border at the designated crossing point. After crossing, continue walking along the lakeshore, and you will find the Port of Ohrid in Ohrid, North Macedonia, where Boat Armada is located.

From the central bus station in Pogradec, take a bus heading to Ohrid, North Macedonia. The bus departs regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ohrid bus station, exit the station and head towards the lakeshore. Turn right and walk along the waterfront for about 10-15 minutes. You will see the Port of Ohrid, and Boat Armada is located there.
