The Shkodër History Museum is located on Rruga Oso Kuka 32, easily accessible from the city center. From Sheshi Demokracia (Democracy Square), walk northeast on Rruga G'juhadol for approximately 500 meters. Turn right onto Rruga Oso Kuka; the museum will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 10-15 minutes.

Local buses operate in Shkodër, but a direct route to the museum may not be available. Check local bus schedules for routes that pass near the city center and Rruga Oso Kuka. From the bus station, head northeast along 'Rruga Gjon Luli'. Continue straight until you reach 'Rruga Oso Kuka'. Turn left on 'Rruga Oso Kuka', and the Shkodër History Museum will be on your right at number 32. Bus fares are typically around 40-100 Lekë per ride.
