GEM Residence is located in Lagje 1, Sarandë. From the Saranda beach area, walk north along Rruga Nikolla Bregu (the promenade) until you reach the intersection with Rruga Naim Frasheri. Turn left onto Rruga Naim Frasheri and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rruga Gjin Zenebisi. GEM Residence is located in this area. Walking from the city center takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
