Car
From Skrapar, drive southeast on the main road (SH72) towards Çorovodë. Drive for about 20 kilometers until you reach Çorovodë. Once in Çorovodë, follow Rruga Nexhip Xhaja for approximately 2 kilometers. The cave entrance is at the coordinates G7G7+27F. Be mindful of the road conditions, as some parts may be narrow or unpaved. There is no parking fee, but make sure to park safely along the roadside.
Public Transport
From Skrapar, take a local bus or minivan to Çorovodë. Buses typically leave from the main bus station in Skrapar. The journey takes about 45 minutes and costs around 200 Albanian Lek. Upon arrival in Çorovodë, you can walk southeast on Rruga Nexhip Xhaja for about 2 kilometers to reach Pirogoshi Cave. Alternatively, hire a local taxi to take you to Rruga Nexhip Xhaja; the taxi ride should cost around 500-1000 Albanian Lek.
Walking
If you are already in Çorovoda, you can reach Pirogoshi Cave on foot. Start from the center of Çorovoda and head southeast on Rruga Nexhip Xhaja. It is approximately a 30-minute to 1-hour walk covering 2 kilometers. The terrain can be uneven, so wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
