From Skanderbeg Square, head east towards the National History Museum. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Barrikadave. Turn left onto Rruga Barrikadave and walk until the end of the street, then turn right onto Shëtitorja Murat Toptani. The Musical Note will be on your right.

From the central bus station near Skanderbeg Square, take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Teatrin Kombetar'. From there, walk towards Rruga Barrikadave and turn left. Continue until the end of the street and turn right onto Shëtitorja Murat Toptani, where the Musical Note is located. A single bus fare costs 40 LEK.
