If traveling by car from Tirana, head east towards Shëngjergj. The journey typically takes about one hour. Pass through Farkë, Surrel, and Shkallë. Upon reaching Shëngjergj, park near Restorant Ujvara Shëngjergj. The trailhead to the waterfall is near a bridge adjacent to the restaurant. Parking is free and readily available.

To reach Ujëvara e Shën Gjergjit by public transport from Tirana, take the 15A bus to Kino Studio for 40 lek. Then, transfer to a van heading to Shëngjergj for an additional 200 lek one way. Buses leave at 7 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM in both directions. Be sure to have cash, as payments are made on the bus.

From the parking area near Restorant Ujvara Shëngjergj, the hike to the waterfall is relatively easy, covering approximately 1.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 56 meters. The hike can be completed in about 20 minutes. The path is marked with red and white signs, making navigation straightforward. Sturdy footwear is recommended, especially after rain.
