    From Tirana or Shkoder, take a minibus to Koman. The journey from Tirana to Koman costs approximately €10. From Shkoder, the minibus to Koman leaves around 6:30 AM and costs about €21, including the ferry. From Koman, take the ferry to Fierze. The ferry ride takes about 2.5 to 3 hours and costs €8 per person. Upon arrival in Fierze, minibuses are available to take you to Valbona. This final leg costs around €7. A total journey from Tirana to Valbona via this route costs approximately €24. Tickets for the ferry and connecting minibus services can be booked online.

  • Taxi

    From Tirana, you can hire a taxi to Valbona, but this is a significantly more expensive option. A taxi from Tirana to Valbona can cost around €180, including the ferry. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Shkoder to Koman, then the ferry to Fierze, and another taxi from Fierze to Valbona. The taxi from Tirana to Koman will cost about 12 euros per person. Then, you can book another private taxi from Fierze to Valbona, which costs 60 euros per car.
