Alternatively, the Bab El Oued - Z'ghara gondola lift provides access to the district. A single fare is around 30 DZD.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Algiers. A taxi ride from the city center to the Sunni Mosque in Bab El Oued typically takes around 11 minutes and costs between 290 to 1200 DZD, but agreeing on a fare beforehand is recommended. Note that taxis usually only accept cash.
