    From central Algiers, take Metro Line 1 towards El Harrach and get off at the Jardin d'Essai station. The garden entrance is directly adjacent to the station. A single metro ticket costs approximately 50 DZD.

    Taxis are readily available throughout Algiers. Simply tell the driver 'Jardin d'Essai du Hamma'. A short taxi ride from the city center will typically cost between 290 and 500 DZD, depending on the distance and traffic. Agree on the fare before starting your journey.

    Walking

    If you are near the Kasbah area, walk down Boulevard des Martyrs for about 1.5 km. The entrance to the Botanical Garden Hamma will be on your right, just before the intersection with Rue Mohamed Belouizdad. There is no cost for walking.
