From Batna, take the N3 towards Timgad. The journey is approximately 35 km and takes around 30-40 minutes. Follow the signs to Timgad. Free parking is available near the entrance to the archaeological site. There are no tolls on this route.

Public Transport
From the Constantine bus station, take a bus to the Batna north bus station. Then, take local bus number 7 from the front of the north station to the Batna east bus station. From the east bus station, take the bus to Timgad, which will drop you off at the ruins. The entire journey takes approximately 3 hours. A one-way bus ticket from Batna to Timgad costs approximately 100-200 DZD.
