From the center of Tlemcen, head southwest on Avenue Abane Ramdane towards Rue des Frères Bouchaib. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Route Nationale 7. Turn left and follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. The Great Mosque will be visible from the main entrance.

From Tlemcen's main bus station, look for buses labeled 'El-Madani' or 'Great Mosque,' which frequently run to the site. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
