    From Pago Pago, take an Aiga bus labeled 'Vatia' from the Fagatogo Market. The bus ride can take up to an hour, and buses run without a fixed schedule. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Pola Island Viewpoint. From the drop-off point, there may be a short walk to the viewpoint. Bus fare ranges from $0.50 to $2.00.

    Taxis are available at Pago Pago International Airport and near the Fagatogo Market. Negotiate the fare with the driver before starting your journey to Vatia and Pola Island Viewpoint.     If you are already in Vatia, follow the main road (American Samoa Highway 006) towards the end of the village.
