Public Transport
From the center of Canillo, take the local bus service towards Palau de Gel d’Andorra. Look for the bus stop near the Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo). The bus number that goes directly to Palau de Gel is usually posted on the schedule at the stop. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes. Get off at the Palau de Gel stop, which is right in front of the complex. Bus fares are typically around €2-€3 for a short trip.

Walking
From the main square of Canillo (Plaça del Consell), walk to Palau de Gel d'Andorra. Head southeast on Carrer de l'Aiguac until you reach the intersection with Carretera General. Turn left onto Carretera General and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the Palau de Gel d'Andorra on your right at Sant Joan de Caselles. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. There is no cost for walking.

Parking
If driving, there is free public parking available at Palau de Gel with a capacity for up to 30 vehicles. From the Carretera General, turn into the Palau de Gel car park. Parking is free.
