Walking
From the Andorra la Vella bus station, walk east along Avinguda de Tarragona. Turn left onto Carrer de la Unió, then right onto Carrer del Prat de la Creu. Continue until you see signs for the Government Building and Plaça del Poble. Take the elevator up to the square. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. No cost involved.
Public Transport
Take any of the local bus lines (L1, L2, L4, L5, L6, or Circular Line) to the 'Govern' stop on Avinguda de Tarragona. From there, walk to the Government Building on Carrer del Prat de la Creu and take the elevator up to Plaça del Poble. A single bus fare costs between €1.30 and €5.50 depending on the route.
Taxi
From anywhere in Andorra la Vella, take a taxi to the Government Building on Carrer del Prat de la Creu. Taxi ranks are located throughout the city center. The minimum taxi fare is approximately €3.00, with an additional charge of €1.30 per kilometer during the day (7 am to 9 pm) or €1.55 per kilometer at night and on holidays.
Parking
If driving, paid parking is available in the underground car park accessible via Carrer del Prat de la Creu. Take the elevator from the car park directly to the Plaça del Poble. Parking costs approximately €2 per hour, with daily rates around €24. Street parking is also available in the blue (1 euro per hour) and green zones (0.5 euro per hour), but spaces are limited.
