From the Andorra la Vella bus station, walk north along Avinguda de Tarragona. Turn left onto Carrer de la Unió, then right onto Avinguda Príncep Benlloch. Continue straight, and you'll find Rambla Molines on your left, connecting to Plaça del Poble. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
